& Blum Property Management, Inc, Baton Rouge, LA, has earned the
CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real
Estate Management (IREM(®), an affiliate of the National Association of
REALTORS(®). The CPM® designation is awarded to real estate managers who have
met the Institute's rigorous requirements in the areas of professional
education, examination and experience. CPM® Members must also abide by a
rigorous Code of Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the
Institute. The Institute of Real Estate
Management (IREM(®)has been the source for education, resources, information
and membership for real estate management professionals for more than 70
years. IREM is the only professional real estate management association
serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors. Latter & Blum
Property Management, Inc. presently has eight CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGERS(®)
working for the organization. In addition, Branden
has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
designation by the CCIM Institute. The designation was awarded during the
Institute business meetings May 3 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The CCIM designation
is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion
of a graduate-level education curriculum. The curriculum addresses: financial
analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis -
the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized
experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation,
