As Property Manager Supervisor, Debbie has learned many different facets of the forever-changing Property Management industry during her 13-Year tenure with Latter & Blum Property Management. Coming to Latter & Blum already with 12 years of property management experience, Debbie is able to utilize her extensive experience, skills and knowledge in her role as Property Manager Supervisor for Latter & Blum’s New Orleans Residential Division. Debbie has proven experience that includes the management and leasing of single-family residences, Multi-Family complexes, and condominium projects.
With a portfolio of in excess of 500 homes located throughout the New Orleans Market, Debbie effectively oversees a team of Residential Property Managers and Leasing Consultants. Her professionalism and outstanding communicative skills allow Debbie to maintain an excellent rapport with Associates, Residents and Owners.
