How can our team do more for you? That’s a priority of company president Joseph Pappalardo. From the time he formed Latter & Blum Property Management in 1989 with Robert W. Merrick, Joe has embraced a service philosophy with an emphasis on training. One look at his own credentials supports that. Licensed attorney. Certified Property Manager. General contractor. Insurance agent. Joe is affiliated with the industry’s top professional organizations and has received numerous recognitions for his efforts.
Joe brings a wealth of experience to the team at Latter & Blum. In addition to his many years in leadership positions in real estate, he provided counsel to three Louisiana governors as a member of the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. He served as Chairman of that organization for two terms. Joe’s real estate experience is particularly strong, having earned real estate licenses in five states: Louisiana, Alabama, Texas, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Joe attended Loyola University of the South and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in New Orleans.
