Laura White’s 21 years of experience in multi family and single family property management prepared her well to become Latter & Blum’s Vice President overseeing the Multi-Family Division. Laura is responsible for the day to day operations of a diverse portfolio and supervises the Company’s Regional Property Managers in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Thibodaux, & Alexandria.
A Certified Property Manager®, Laura uses her education and her experience to assure that all Residential Assets managed by Latter & Blum Property Management are positioned and effectively managed so that the Owner’s goals are achieved. Laura’s diverse experience includes all facets of Property Management including acquisitions, fiscal accountability, marketplace analysis, property analysis, Human Resources and Construction Management. Laura’s experience also includes the very complex management, leasing and compliance responsibilities of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Properties located throughout Louisiana. As a result of her knowledge and experience with Tax Credit and Bond Financing, Laura is regarded by Associates, Clients and Lenders as one of Louisiana’s most knowledgeable Tax Credit Real Estate Professionals.
