Virginia joined the Latter & Blum Leadership Team with proven Real Estate experience that dates back to 1986. She brings to her position as Branch Manager in Lafayette a powerful combination of marketing and management expertise that has made Latter & Blum Property Management an industry leader in the Acadiana region.
Virginia has successfully marketed Investment Properties for independent Developers as well as for several of the largest and most well respected major companies. Eager to expand her knowledge about the dynamic Investment Real Estate Industry, Virginia transitioned into Property Management. As a result of this role change, Virginia has successfully developed broad experience in the management of commercial properties.
Virginia’s responsibilities have included the management of up to 400,000 square feet of commercial space. Her extensive experience allows her to effectively manage very diverse portfolios that include full service executive suites, medical office buildings, retail centers, and business office buildings.
