We perform applicant screenings for you, including credit checks and background checks, to ensure quality tenants.

Lease File Execution & Management, Lease Enforcement & Lease Law

Leasing is conducted with and enhanced by NAI Latter & Blum agents as well as outside brokers. Rent & security deposits are collected for you on your behalf. We’ll provide rent roll and unit vacancy reports, lease expiration reports and more. We also have an understanding of lease law.

We’ll provide you with detailed annual budgets showing a month-to-month breakdown and narrative.

Preventative Maintenance & Inspections

We know how important it is to protect your asset. Using a web-based service report program, we’ll create and manage a maintenance schedule for your property, as well as on-going inspections.

Advanced Risk Management

The increased level of exposure to litigious situations you’re faced with as an investor makes this crucial. We have one of the most advanced risk management departments in the industry, run by experienced insurance industry professionals. We identify and assess potential risks, then develop and administer programs to eliminate or minimize them. Tenant Services

We’ll make it easy for your tenants to pay their rent easily and on time. Utilizing Yardi software technology, your tenant can pay their rent or request maintenance online, any time of the day or night.
